Rescheduling Games & Scheduling Practices 

When you need to reschedule games as the home team, or if you'd like to schedule a practice at one of the league's Permitted Fields, first check the League Calendar for field availability then post in the Slack channel:

A board member will review and make the update. Once posted to the Central Calendar, it will automatically show up for your team in your GameChanger App!

Rescheduled games always take precedence over practices!!

If you have a practice scheduled and the field is needed for a rescheduled game, you will be informed and your practice will be removed from the schedule.

How to Check the League Calendar

First, login to this website by clicking the Login button and use the same username/password you use to access GameChanger.

Then, navigate to Team Central -> Calendar. From there, you can see every game for every team and each field that is reserved.

Within the GameChanger app, you can create new events and assign locations. This is a fantastic tool, but it can also be confusing since the events you create on the app are not accessible to anyone else.

Therefore, scheduling team events in the GameChanger app should only be done for events that do not take place at fields that our League has permits to use. All events that take place at permitted fields must be submitted by a board member.
