March

• 3/7 (Friday): Registration Closes for all Player Pitch divisions
  
  
• 3/9 (Sunday) - 3-5pm: Skills Assessment
  
  
• 3/15 (Saturday): Registration Closes for Tee Ball and Coach/Machine Pitch division
  
  
• 3/17-3/21: Spring Break (JeffCo)

April

Opening Ceremony & Team Pictures
4/11 (Friday) - 5:30-8pm
Roemersberger Ballfields

We're going to have fantastic weather on Friday so we've moved some things around to take advantage.

The ceremony will officially start at 5:30pm, but we encourage everyone to show up earlier (by 5:20 for teams to line up on the field):

4:45 - Concessions open (Pizza + soft drinks)
5-5:30 - Teams line up on Field 1
5:30 Opening Ceremony
  - Welcome from the board + National Anthem
  - Teams announced and run the bases (youngest to oldest)
  - Sequentially go to the outfield of Field 2 for pictures (see table below)
6:30 - Tee Ball scrimmage Field 2 (once Tee Ball completes their pictures)
7:15 - CMP scrimmage Field 1 (once CMP completes their pictures)
8:00 - Festivities End

May

• 5/15: Coach/Machine Pitch cut-over:
  - No more using the tee
  - Coach pitch must be from a distance (no underhand close to the plate)
  - 5 pitches maximum. After 5, if the ball is not in play, it's considered a strike out
  - 3 outs to an inning + score is kept
• Memorial Day Weekend: No games Fri 5/23 -> Mon 5/26.

June

• 6/8: Rockies Day vs New York Mets. 1:10pm Game Start Time.
• 6/9 -> 6/20: Tentative CMP (Coach/Machine Pitch) tournament: Details to come!
• 6/30: First day of District tournament games
